A. Kathryn Wymore
A. Kathryn Wymore
Attorney
Kathryn has practiced law for nearly 15 years in the areas of civil litigation and estate planning and administration. She has experience litigating cases involving personal injury, commercial contracts, construction law, product defect, and landlord-tenant disputes, as well as drafting wills and trusts and administering estates through the probate process. She currently represents plaintiffs primarily in personal injury and wrongful death cases.
Kathryn greatly enjoys developing relationships with clients and helping them through an unfamiliar process, often at a difficult time in their lives. She particularly enjoys meeting with clients to understand the full extent of their injuries and advocating for them to recover just compensation for those injuries. Kathryn is the firm’s go-to attorney for motions practice, engaging in legal research to draft motions and briefs on issues that arise in the early stages of litigation.
When Kathryn is not working, she likes to hike, bike, ski, paddle, and generally spend time outdoors with her family. As a transplant from the East Coast, she appreciates the accessibility to the mountains and lakes around Bend and feels fortunate to call this beautiful place home.
